From beginning to end our bathroom remodeling project was in capable hands with L.A. Kehres Building and Remodeling, Inc. Design, proportion and style, perhaps the most important aspects of combining the old with the new, were professionally and thoughtfully addressed and the charming, new, fashionable bath is a complement to the tone that we enjoy in our older home.

The excellence in workmanship and attention to detail we have come to expect when working with L.A. Kehres is obvious in this beautiful new bath. The new pocket door was a great idea that translates into more cabinet space without sacrificing privacy. Custom footed cabinetry was carefully installed for a great free-standing look that we love. Every detail including lights, fan, switches and outlets were carefully considered and placed. The addition of a rain shower above the tub put the whole project over the top!

Beautiful in every way, we couldn't be happier with our new bath.

I must tell you how excited our family is about the new patio you and your team designed and built for us. It is truly the talk of all of my neighbors and friends. Being in the service industry myself, I find it very rare to find a company that has fair pricing, quality products and more importantly quality workers who truly care about the company they work for and the customers they are doing the work for.

The patio was much more than Bonnie and I ever dreamed it would be. It is by far one of our most favorite rooms in the entire house. I am sure my neighbors will be calling you to do some additions for them (if they haven't already).

We love our new addition to the "old house." It is perfect. And although I have never wanted to build a house because I never wanted to have to make all the choices, you and your staff really helped with that process. When the choices I made did not seem to be available, Marge found them. You also helped me through all the changes and additions that came up along the way and made it as painless as possible, I am sure.

But then, all of your employees were excellent. I don't think I could ask for finer workmanship, but in addition, not only did they do a great job as is evident in the final product, but they were each professional. As much as it is possible to have a work crew in your home be fun, your guys made it so.

One of the things that I really appreciate is that you told us to make certain adjustments to help in the function of the house, things neither Red or I would have thought about, like the hot water return and the sump pump changes, to name only two.

Again, we thank you for all your care and consideration along with the beautiful workmanship and attention to detail that makes our house truly custom and our own.

Dear Larry,

We wanted to write to thank you for a job well done. We are so pleased with our new home.

From the beginning we have appreciated how you worked with us, listening to our ideas and adding your expertise and creativity to enhance every aspect of our house. Your creative use of space has given the house the open and inviting feel we were looking for and, although the house is large it is very comfortable and livable.

Larry it is obvious that you take personal pride in the homes you build. Your concern for even the small details shows in the the overall look of the house. Your crew is conscientious and careful and that too is a reflection on your care for the quality of the home.

We'd like to specifically thank Marge for all of her help. Her opinions and help in orchestrating all of the choices we had to make was invaluable.

We'd also like to thank Dan for his part in overseeing the project and especially for watching out for us. It didn't go unnoticed when he made paths for us to get through the mud or over trenches or around any number of obstacles to get to our cars.

For the many challenges faced in this project (i.e. the weather in particular), we would have to say that working with you and your crew has been a great experience. I would say that we would do it again, but we are so happy with our home that I don't think we will even entertain that thought! We will however, highly recommend you to anyone who is thinking of building.
