Dear Larry,

It is a pleasure for us to write you this note and let you know how much we love our new three season room. We have received many compliments from the neighbors about how elegant the room looks and how well it blends in with the house. In fact, they all said almost the same words, "it doesn't even look like an addition!"

Specifically, we like the detailing of the pine board accent on the wall and ceiling. That has added beautiful texture to the room. And the hand-crafted cabinet design truly makes it look like a piece of furniture instead of the usual cabinet.

On a personal note, we want to say it was a pleasure working with you and all of your staff and sub-contractors. They were all pleasant to work with, professional, and extremely neat and clean throughout the whole project. We appreciate your personal effort on the porch to ensure that there was beautiful detailing and quality throughout the whole project. We have recommended you to several people looking for a reliable, quality contractor. Thank you again and best of luck in the future.

We love our new addition to the "old house." It is perfect. And although I have never wanted to build a house because I never wanted to have to make all the choices, you and your staff really helped with that process. When the choices I made did not seem to be available, Marge found them. You also helped me through all the changes and additions that came up along the way and made it as painless as possible, I am sure.

But then, all of your employees were excellent. I don't think I could ask for finer workmanship, but in addition, not only did they do a great job as is evident in the final product, but they were each professional. As much as it is possible to have a work crew in your home be fun, your guys made it so.

One of the things that I really appreciate is that you told us to make certain adjustments to help in the function of the house, things neither Red or I would have thought about, like the hot water return and the sump pump changes, to name only two.

Again, we thank you for all your care and consideration along with the beautiful workmanship and attention to detail that makes our house truly custom and our own.

Dear Larry,

We wanted to write to thank you for a job well done. We are so pleased with our new home.

From the beginning we have appreciated how you worked with us, listening to our ideas and adding your expertise and creativity to enhance every aspect of our house. Your creative use of space has given the house the open and inviting feel we were looking for and, although the house is large it is very comfortable and livable.

Larry it is obvious that you take personal pride in the homes you build. Your concern for even the small details shows in the the overall look of the house. Your crew is conscientious and careful and that too is a reflection on your care for the quality of the home.

We'd like to specifically thank Marge for all of her help. Her opinions and help in orchestrating all of the choices we had to make was invaluable.

We'd also like to thank Dan for his part in overseeing the project and especially for watching out for us. It didn't go unnoticed when he made paths for us to get through the mud or over trenches or around any number of obstacles to get to our cars.

For the many challenges faced in this project (i.e. the weather in particular), we would have to say that working with you and your crew has been a great experience. I would say that we would do it again, but we are so happy with our home that I don't think we will even entertain that thought! We will however, highly recommend you to anyone who is thinking of building.

Dear Larry, Sharon, Marge, and all others at L.A. Kehres Building,

Sam and I have wanted to send this thank you many times this year to let you know how much we love our house. As we talked with other people building their dream homes, we have come to realize how really professionally you run your business. We did not deal with the multitude of problems and delays our friends had to deal with. So again, thank you for your superb and PUNCTUAL (now we know how really on time you run your business compared to others) work on our home.
